Bambu PLA Dynamic
Bambu PLA Dynamic's color-changing ability occurs with exposure to UV light. These distinct characteristics enable a range of unique applications, such as serving as a UV level tag, specialized teaching tools, and even jewelry. The PLA Dynamic filaments offer the same ease of printing as regular PLA while maintaining the excellent mechanical performance and quality as with all Bambu filament products.
PLA Dynamic UV Color Changing
This PLA Dynamic filament changes color upon exposure to UV light. The printed objects are initially white, and UV exposure will transform them into a coral color.

Printing Tips
• Drying conditions: 55℃ for 8 hrs. Store in a dry environment after use. Dry before use if the material absorbs moisture. For more details please refer to: Filament drying instructions on WIKI.
• PLA Dynamic shares the inherent properties of standard PLA. Its heat resistance aligns with that of conventional PLA, resulting in printed objects deforming at approximately 60 °C (140°F). Additionally, its long-term UV resistance matchs that of regular PLA, with extended exposure to UV (sunlight) gradually diminishing the strength of the printed items.
• Exposing PLA Dynamic UV Color Changing prints to short bursts of sunlight or moderate-intensity UV light (around 500-1000 μW/cm²) produces unique color-changing effects. In standard cool, dry indoor conditions, PLA Dynamic retains its color-changing properties for approximately a year.
